My practice is focused on helping you find real hope and healing. I offer a collaborative and personalized approach to therapy, which includes evidence-based practices to help you build resilience, gain insight, and develop the tools you need to thrive. Some of these proven treatment include:

TYPES OF SERVICES
Free Consultations: I offer brief free consultations with potential clients by phone or via a secure video platform. These calls are a great way to answer any questions you may have about therapy in general or specifically about my approach/training/availability. Please note, consultations are not required to get started in therapy. You can simply book your initial intake appointment, provided I have availability.
Individual Therapy: Individual therapy sessions are typically scheduled weekly or every-other week. Sessions run for 60 minutes. It's important to keep up with your therapy appointment schedule. To help with this, clients have access to my client portal, which shows them all of their scheduled appointments. I also offer appointment reminders via email and text.
